Our global network of data management centres ensures that we provide a local response to service requirements.
We can also take charge of the IT and
infrastructure costs of hosting servers for data management and
electronic payment processing services.
All this underpinned by our ability to monitor
system status to ensure operational continuity and a rapid response to
system exceptions, whether in the back office, in depot or on-vehicle.
As part of Service Level Agreements, we also
work closely with customers to develop key performance indicators to
cover issues such as system availability, service delivery and
equipment reliability. Customer reports are made available through
web-based information systems.
