Since late 2009, the town of Bastia in Haute-Corse has offered the opportunity for motorists to settle their parking by credit card.

Bastia, a historical customer for Parkeon, wished to replace its current parking meters, in operation for over 20 years, with new reliable and more user friendly terminals.

The city selected the Parkeon solution based on a Strada parking terminal’s ability to offer multiple means of payment associated with a high-performance centralized management system.

To offer a wider range of parking services has been a priority for the town.

A more and more widespread need in French cities: more than 70 municipalities have already trusted Parkeon for the establishment of the bank card payment on parking terminals.
