The latest addition to Parkeon’s range of equipment, the Strada® NEOPS terminal, uses the latest innovations to provide operators with the very best equipment for successful parking management.

Conceived using the new NEOPSTM electronic platform and combining processing speed, power, autonomy, reliability and security, Strada® brings a wide range of innovations in terms of functionality.

It also provides a platform that is readily upgradeable for new payment methods, e.g. contactless or Chip & PIN with bank card payment.

Environmentally friendly
With the exceptionnal performance of its solar panel and carefully managed low power consumption the Strada® terminal is completely self sufficient in terms of its power requirements, so no costly mains or support communications cabling is required. Even when equipped with wireless communications and configured for online card payment, the Strada terminal can deliver well above the daily norm for number of ticket payment transactions. Strada® solar can make a positive contribution towards reducing your operational “carbon footprint“ and of course meets all European directives on the removal of hazardous substances during the manufacturing process (ROHS). Strada is over 90% recyclable.

Remote management
Strada® ticket terminals are highly versatile in their mode of operation. Strada® can be deployed to operate in stand alone mode, or being connected via our wireless gateway to provide a wealth of remote management support, services and solutions. Parkfolio® is our back office management solution and provides a highly comprehensive range of connectivity, management services, support facilities and ticketing solutions. 

For example:

  • Monitor and manage payment compliance, tracking and reporting of financials
  • Download tariffs and customer information to terminals
  • Download new ticket designs for terminals, e.g. to carry advertising
  • Monitor equipment alert and fault status, consumables maintenance (tickets & batteries), collection route planning
  • Send SMS maintenance/attack alarms to nominated service or security organisations
  • Provide a highly secure payment gateway to payment services providers and banks
  • Web based payment for parking permits/tickets

Strada® offers a wide range of payment methods, providing end users with maximum flexibility of payment:

  • Coin payment. Highly reliable and patented coins selector design
  • Smart card payment with PayOne & ChipOne. A dedicated low cost solution where cards hold value and can be used for parking payment and top up. Also used for special privilege groups, such as residents, parking zone management, free parking
  • Highly secure bank card payment (credit and debit card) with PIN entry regulated by EMV 2000
