Written in-house by Parkeon's own in-house development team, our application software has been designed to be easy to use, yet able to cater for the many needs of the transport industry.
We provide applications to configure the vehicle equipment through to back office data warehouse facilities and management information systems.
Our products are built to meet the standards required for use in the harsh transport environment and some of our equipment is still in use, more than 10 years after installation.
MERLIN Configuration Suite
MERLIN allows you to perform the following tasks on a Wayfarer ticketing system:
- Server based configuration management tool
- Host multiple ETM configurations & data sets
- Configure & assign button functionality
- Configure all ETM menus inc. driver menu options
- Manage the products that are to be sold (paper and smart inc. ITSO products)
- Configure the colours and text entries used for the driver display menus, FLU screens, etc.
- Manage the fares, business rules and routes using the integrated fares editor
- Back wards compatibility with Waycon fares editor
- Test the new configuration locally and remotely
- Distribute the new configuration to the ETMs

MERIT Revenue Management System
MERIT Revenue Analysis software is an innovative state-of-the-art Central Management Information System for the analysis of all sales revenue and audit data generated by Parkeon’s Automatic Fare Collection system
- All Depots/Head office/Regions are held within the one database to enable reporting across the whole company

SmarTrack is the latest smartcard tracking database software available from Parkeon, that is used to track smartcard issue and usage information for mass transit travel purposes.
